An Enlightened Approach to Data Preservation in the Era of the Legal Hold, by Brad Harris and Craig Ball, Corporate Counsel, February 14, 2011 – Brad and Craig contributed an article urging in-house legal counsel to take a fresh look at how they are handling legal holds.
- Preserve and Protect, LTN, February 2011 – Sean Doherty reviews new tools for automating the legal hold process. He found that, “With Legal Hold Pro, it was very easy to create a legal hold and maintain it.”
- LegalTech New York 2011 Wrap-Up: Products, Trends, and More, LTN, February 4, 2011 – Sean Doherty mentions our recent product upgrades in his review of notable announcements at this year’s LegalTech show.
