Harris and Ball Present “The Enlightened Legal Hold” Webinar on October 12

This complimentary one-hour program is presented by leading e-discovery experts Brad Harris and Craig Ball. They will offer a fresh approach to legal holds following the Pension Committee opinion which they first outlined in the white paper that they co-authored which you can download at www.legalholdpro.com/enlightened.

Harris and Ball will examine the “Five Deadly Sins of Legal Holds” that encapsulate the common underlying reasons for the slow pace of change. They then turn to a new way of thinking embodied in the seven “Principles for Legal Hold Enlightenment.” These embrace the concept that a legal hold is an organic process and offer practical steps that any legal professional can follow to mitigate risk in legal preservation.

The presenters will also look at recent trends, including discussing recent developments such as Judge Grimm’s Victor Stanley II opinion and the latest update on legal hold best practices guidelines from The Sedona Conference.

If you are involved with litigation or electronic discovery, this webinar will help guide you toward the best practices for managing preservation and litigation holds.

The authors are nationally recognized electronic discovery experts:
